Observation

During oniste visit, Licensor reviewed video recording with center director. The video showed a timeframe of 15:03:08- 15:03:56, child was playing with another children with a blanket on his hand. Child climb the toddler slide and jumped over, fell and hit his shoulder/elbow on the floor. Children were seen crowding around looking at the child. Staff was never seen intervened during the rough play or provided help immeditely after the child fell. ?? "No observation provided."
